Las crónicas de Narnia.

Estoy tratando de leer en inglés las famosas "crónicas de Narnia" y digo tratando porque en cada página me salen una media de 10-20 palabras desconocidas. Gracias a los diccionarios en el ordenador es más fácil atacarlo, pero aun así aprenderse todo ese vocabulario es un mundo. De momento estoy con mi libro favorito de los siete The horse and his boy.

He aquí la descripción del Tarkaan en inglés.

"... One day there came from the south a stranger who was unlike any man that Shasta had seen before. He rode upon a strong dappled horse with flowing mane and tail, and his stirrups and bridle were inlaid with silver. The spike of a helmet projected from the middle of his silken turban and he wore a chain mail.
